Getting Grief Right: Finding Your Story of Love in the Sorrow of Loss by Patrick O'Malley, PHD with Tim Madigan (not crazy about the title, really love the book)
I also read Hope is the First Dose
This one is different, as it's about vision loss, but I think it's worth mentioning - The Beauty of Dusk: On Vision Lost and Found by Frank Bruni
I'll have to follow up on some of these. And I appreciate the inclusion of a book on grief other than death. Because that's grief, too.
The Challies book is after the death of a son. I wonder how it connects with Lament for a Son. And, having read both Challies and Lee Warren, how do those interact because of being after the sudden death of young adult sons?
Prayer In the Night by Tish Harrison Warren
Seasons of Sorrow by Tim Challies
A Hole In the World by Amanda Held Opelt
